Retreat Day Ticket

This exclusive Retreat Day is your answer to the ultimate self care you need. 
Your Day Retreat begins with 60min of Yoga in the garden followed by a light nutritious breakfast. We'll then split into small pods to enjoy three wellness sessions, rotating through each session.

• LBB Skin Wellness for rejuvenating skin and body treatments.
• Hypnotherapy session with Heidi from Within Waratah wellness.
• Meditation session in the garden.

You will rotate every 90 minutes, so you experience all three sessions.
