Join LBB Skin Wellness & Within Waratah Wellness for a nourishing retreat day designed to help unwind, recharge and realign your body, mind and soul.

Your Day Retreat begins with 60min of Yoga in the garden, then will have a light breakfast, we will split off into small groups to of rotation between meditation in the garden, in with LBB skin wellness for skin and body treatments 3rd group with Heidi from Within Waratah wellness. You will all rotate every 90mins so you get to experince everything. There will be a wholesome lunch served in the garden. Then finishing off all together in the garden with some sound healing.
